The Fox River Satisfaction Guarantee

At Fox River, we are serious about delivering the highest-quality products for our customer.  Simply stated, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will provide a replacement.

In order to qualify for a replacement, your product purchase must have been made from an authorized Fox River dealer and proof of purchase (receipt, copy of credit card statement) should be included with all returned products.

Face Mask

We will not accept returns for masks that have been opened.  Please contact Customer Service with any questions on your purchase at 800-247-1815 x. 2 or shop@foxrivermills.com.

All Other Products

For hassle-free returns on purchases made directly from FoxSox.com, a return form is included with your order. This return form contains all the information needed to quickly and efficiently process your return. Within 45 days, complete the return form, use the return label included as part of the form and send unworn items in original packaging to Fox River.

Returns are generally processed within 5 business days upon receipt of your package in Osage, IA. Please allow 10-15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear on your account. Returns may take longer during peak ordering times, such as the holidays. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these busy periods.

WHOLESALE/RETAILERS


Fox River Mills will not accept returns for exchange or credit unless Fox River Mills has authorized the return in writing with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. All returned product must be in salable condition.

Fox River Mills does not accept products to be returned for the following reasons: Product not selling, Product that is pre-ticketed, pre-priced, closeout, irregular, discounted or special order.

Fox River Mills reserves the right to apply a 15% handling charge to all returns that do not meet the guidelines.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND RESTOCKING FEES

Fox River’s policy is not to refund shipping costs, nor do we issue cash refunds for socks purchased from another retailer. If the return is a result of Fox River’s error, Fox River will reimburse you for the return shipping.

If the above return guidelines are not followed, Fox River reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in exceptional cases.
