Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note: During the holiday season or in cases of inclement weather, there may be delays in processing and shipping your order.

Holiday Offices & Warehouse Closure:
December 21 to January 6, 2025. We will continue accepting orders during this period; however, please note that shipping will not resume until the week of January 6, 2025.

Free shipping, with minimum order value $50.00 (after discounts), is currently available to customers through economy ground shipping service only. If you have eligible products in your cart, and have met the minimum threshold of $50.00 (after discounts), you will see a free shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Fox River Mills is not responsible for delivery delays arising from factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes. We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days after your order is placed and provide your tracking information via email. However, once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over its handling or destination. For the most accurate and up-to-date information on current delays and transit times, we recommend checking the tracking information provided by USPS and UPS.
FOX RIVER GUARANTEE
At Fox River, we are serious about delivering the highest-quality products for our customer. Simply stated, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will provide a replacement. In order to qualify for a replacement, your product purchase must have been made from an authorized Fox River dealer and proof of purchase should be included with all returned products.
Returns
Return Window:
For refunds, items must be returned within 45 days of purchase. Returns are generally processed within 5 business days upon receipt of your package in Osage, IA. For items purchased November 1 through December 25, the refund period will begin on December 26.
Product Condition:
All returned items must be in unused condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it. If your returned items are in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and/or no refund will be issued in exceptional cases.
Return Shipping Fees:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. If you believe the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product for further assistance.
Face Masks:
We will not accept returns for masks that have been opened. Please contact Customer Service with any questions on your purchase at 641-732-3798 ext. #2 or shop@foxsox.com
Fox River’s policy is not to refund shipping costs, nor do we issue cash refunds for socks purchased from another retailer. If the return is a result of Fox River’s error, Fox River will reimburse you for the return shipping. If the above return guidelines are not followed, Fox River reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in exceptional cases.
