At Fox River, we are serious about delivering the highest-quality socks for our customers. Simply stated, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will provide a replacement.

We’ll replace any pair of Fox River socks with a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not stretch to cover everyday wear and tear, natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, and product failures as a result of misuse or improper care.

If you believe your socks have a manufacturing defect and have not lived up to our high-quality standard, we are here to help. Please file a claim on the online form below. You will be asked to submit photos along with your claim, which will enable our team to assess and resolve your claim quickly.

One of our Customer Loyalty Team members will review your information and follow up for any additional information needed. Warranty claims can take upwards of 2-3 weeks for processing, but you will be notified as soon as a determination has been made. *Claims may take longer to process during peak seasons, such as the holidays. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these busy periods.

Note, we are only able to process Lifetime Guarantee claims for customers in the United States and Canada.
