Fox River is a leading U.S. manufacturer of outdoor, sport and lifestyle performance socks since 1900. Fox River is privately owned and operates a hosiery mill in Osage, Iowa at the heart of the country. The central location of the mill helps Fox River offer quick, convenient deliveries across the country and around the globe. Fox River’s premium and performance socks are manufactured at its Iowa headquarters by 200 of the friendliest, hard-working folks you’ll ever meet. Fox River socks have been made in the USA since 1900 utilizing US and imported yarns. We're committed to remaining American-made.
The Fox River brand is known for its commitment to innovative sock construction and continuous attention to trends in the marketplace. Notably, the brand introduced its signature Wick Dry® moisture management technology in 1985 to help keep feet dry and reduce the moisture build-up that can lead to hot spots and blisters. In 2000, Fox River launched the industry’s first women’s specific-fit performance sock line with smaller toe boxes and heel pockets to better fit women’s feet.
I bought these for my boyfriend and he loves them. They fit well and they are comfortable. They are so much nicer than the cheap Walmart socks he used to buy and I’m supporting American workers, which makes me feel good.
These socks are very comfortable...they keep my feet warm and have extra cushioning in the sole, toe and heel. They wear very well. I have worn this style (in all three colors) almost exclusively during cool weather and during the winter.
I am completely happy with my socks but I have many Fox River socks. They are always comfortable. I know I won’t be disappointed in them because they fit great and have lots of support. Best of all, Fox River socks last a very long time!
The truth will be from the child and parent. From my perspective, I think they will be warm and hold up to wear and tear and many times through the laundry.
Sox are great and they keep our sons feet warm. He is a 42 year old disabled son and has tiny feet and these are the only Sox we have found that fit his feet.
