A: An affiliate network connects affiliates with merchants. It is a central database for the affiliate to find merchants to promote and have them all in one place. You will be given access to promotions, banners, coupons, etc, through the network. You are also able to see your performance and commissions earned.
Q: Does it cost to sign up to be a Fox River Affiliate?
A: No, there is no fee to join.
Q: Can I have my own code to give to followers?
A: Codes are available for major sales and promotions. These are codes that are also given through the site and other marketing channels. You may request a vanity or unique code for promotion. This isn’t guaranteed.
Q: Do I get a discount for being an affiliate?
A: You can purchase using any of the sales / discounts on site or provided to you through Avantlink but you aren’t able to use your unique link for personal use.
Q: Where and how do I sign up?

Q: How and when do I get paid?
A: You will be paid commission on qualifying sale. Your commissions will be paid through Avantlink every month. Payments are made on the 25th of each month. Q: What is a qualified sale?
A: Please refer to T&Cs to understand what is allowed in terms of promoting Fox River. If all T&Cs are adhered to, you will receive a commission for any and all sales where the customer came through your link and made a purchase.
Q: What is an affiliate cookie?
A: An affiliate cookie is used to track data. The cookie tracks the sale of the customer that came through your link so you can earn a commission.
Q: How long does the cookie last?
A: We have a 30-day cookie window in place. This means that if the customer clicks on your link and then purchases any time within 30 days and you would get credit.
Q: Do I need a website to get started as an Affiliate?
A: No, we at least require you have a social platform – YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. We have to review where you’ll be promoting to make sure it’s compliant and on brand before approving you to join the program.
Q: Can I stop promoting your program at any time?
A: Yes, you are not bound by any commitment. You have the right to stop promoting at any time.
Q: Can I use your articles, blog post, banners, social content?
A: You can use any logos, banners, text links or coupons that are provided to you in Avantlink or when given special permission. You can’t alter or change these without permission.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes?
A: Please consult with your accountant. Fox River does not provide any kind of tax related guidelines, consultation, or services.
